Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy

1. Ownership
Goated Styles™ is the owner of all intellectual property associated with this store. This includes, without limitation: the GOATED STYLES name and wordmark; the Goated Styles logo and all variations of it; all original artwork, graphics, prints and designs appearing on our garments, including but not limited to the Origins, Eternals, Divinity, Celestial Knights, Urban Alchemist, Timeless Alchemist, Dark Rose Energy, Freya's Noise, Twilights Gleam and Dripin Lone series; all photography, product imagery and lookbook material; and all website copy, layout and brand language.
All of the above are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law. Copyright in original artwork exists automatically from the moment of creation and does not depend on registration.
2. What You May Not Do
Without our prior written permission, you may not:
- Reproduce, copy, print or manufacture any Goated Styles design on any product, whether for sale or otherwise;
- Use the GOATED STYLES name, wordmark or logo in a way likely to suggest affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement;
- Create designs that are substantially similar to ours or that are likely to cause confusion as to source;
- Use our product photography or lookbook imagery in your own listings, advertising or storefront;
- Scrape, mirror or republish this store's content.
3. Permitted Use
You are welcome to photograph, film, post and share Goated Styles garments you have purchased, including on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Discord. Customer content of this kind is encouraged. By tagging us or using our hashtags you grant us a non-exclusive licence to reshare that content on our own channels with credit.
Press, editorial and review use of our product imagery is permitted with attribution.
4. Reporting Infringement of Our Rights
If you find a counterfeit Goated Styles product or unauthorised use of our designs, please report it to us with the URL or listing, a screenshot, and where you found it. We investigate every report.
5. DMCA — Reporting Infringement of YOUR Rights
We respect the intellectual property of others and expect our community to do the same. If you believe material on this store infringes a copyright you own or control, send us a written notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (a direct product URL is best);
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
Send complete notices to our designated agent at the contact address listed on our Contact page, with the subject line "DMCA Notice".
Incomplete notices cannot be actioned. On receipt of a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material in question and notify the affected party, who may submit a counter-notice.
Please note: under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), knowingly making a material misrepresentation that material is infringing may make you liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
6. Repeat Infringers
We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
7. Trademark Status
GOATED STYLES and the Goated Styles logo are used as trademarks of Goated Styles. Use of the ™ symbol denotes a claim of common-law trademark rights. Nothing on this page asserts federal registration of any mark.
