Cancellation policy

Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a pre-order. This policy explains how
you can change or cancel that kind of purchase. Standard one-time purchases are
covered by our Return & Refund Policy.

We do not currently offer subscriptions or try before you buy.

PRE-ORDERS

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is not yet
available. The expected availability date is shown on the product page at the
time you order.

Payment is taken in full at checkout unless the product page states otherwise.

CANCELLING A PRE-ORDER

Every item is made to order. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it
enters production, for a full refund. Email support@goatedstyles.com with your
order number.

Once the item enters production it can no longer be cancelled. If the order has
already been fulfilled, see our Return & Refund Policy for damaged, defective or
incorrect items.

DELAYS

If the expected availability date moves back significantly, we will email you.
You may keep the pre-order or cancel it for a full refund, provided it has not
yet entered production.

MIXED ORDERS

If your order contains both pre-order and regular items, the whole order ships
together once the pre-order item is ready, unless we tell you otherwise.

EUROPEAN UNION

If your order ships into the European Union, your statutory 14-day right to
cancel applies from the day you receive the goods, as set out in our Return &
Refund Policy.
