1. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. You will see the exact cost before you pay.

2. DELIVERY TIMES
Every item is made to order. The times below are total delivery times, covering both production and transit.

Items shipped within the United States: 1–2 weeks
Items shipped internationally: 2–3 weeks

Exact timing for each item is listed on its product page under Fulfillment. These are estimates, not guarantees.

3. CANCELLATIONS
Once an order enters production it cannot be cancelled. If your order is significantly delayed before entering production, contact us and we will cancel it for a full refund.

4. RETURNS
All sales are final. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for defective or damaged items and for EU cooling-off rights.

5. DELAYED ORDERS
Carrier delays are outside our control. For a package in transit, contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If it has not moved for an extended period, contact us and we will help.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days and we will assist with a carrier claim and arrange a replacement where the item is verified as defective or damaged.

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
